For engineers and PMs who became managers: the manager's role, delegation, feedback, decisions, performance. A programme built for your teams, 1.5-hour sessions practised on real work.
Workshops for managers
One topic in depth for a team of leads: delegation that sticks, feedback and difficult conversations, decisions under pressure, delivery without drama, leading through change.
Mentoring
1:1 for new leaders, and corporate mentoring for key people or a group of 4 to 6 new managers. The sponsor joins at the start, in the middle and at the end; what we discuss in sessions stays confidential.
